END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - V PILOT DESIGNS MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR DLC

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and V Pilot Designs for the use of V Pilot Designs Downloadable Content (DLCs) designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator. By installing, copying, or otherwise using V Pilot Designs DLCs, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the DLC.

1. LICENSE GRANT

V Pilot Designs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DLC in accordance with the terms set forth in this EULA.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the DLC are owned by V Pilot Designs. The DLC is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the DLC.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the DLC.
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the DLC.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The DLC is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall V Pilot Designs be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the DLC.

6. INTERACTION WITH OTHER PRODUCTS

V Pilot Designs does not provide support for how the DLC interacts with products developed by other developers. Any issues arising from such interactions are the sole responsibility of the user, and V Pilot Designs shall not be held liable for any resulting damages.

7. REDISTRIBUTION, MODIFICATION, AND ILLEGAL DISTRIBUTION

Redistribution, modification, or illegal distribution of the DLC is strictly prohibited. You may not sublicense, transfer, or otherwise make the DLC available to third parties without the express written consent of V Pilot Designs.

8. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The DLCs provided by V Pilot Designs are intended to be used with Microsoft Flight Simulator. It is essential to note that Microsoft Flight Simulator is necessary for the proper functioning of our DLCs. Additionally, a computer that meets the minimum system requirements for Microsoft Flight Simulator or an Xbox Series X/S console is required.

CONTRATO DE LICENCIA DE USUARIO FINAL (CLUF) - DLC DE V PILOT DESIGNS PARA MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR

Este Contrato de Licencia de Usuario Final (“CLUF”) es un acuerdo legal entre usted (ya sea una persona física o una entidad única) y V Pilot Designs para el uso de Contenido Descargable (DLC) de V Pilot Designs diseñado para Microsoft Flight Simulator. Al instalar, copiar o utilizar de alguna otra manera los DLC de V Pilot Designs, acepta quedar vinculado por los términos de este CLUF. Si no está de acuerdo con los términos de este CLUF, no instale ni utilice el DLC.

1. CONCESIÓN DE LICENCIA

V Pilot Designs le otorga una licencia no exclusiva y no transferible para utilizar el DLC de acuerdo con los términos establecidos en este CLUF.

2. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual en el DLC son propiedad de V Pilot Designs. El DLC está protegido por derechos de autor y otras leyes y tratados de propiedad intelectual.

3. RESTRICCIONES

Usted no puede:

  • Ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar el DLC.
  • Modificar, adaptar o crear trabajos derivados basados en el DLC.
  • Eliminar cualquier aviso o etiqueta de propiedad del DLC.

4. DESCARGO DE GARANTÍA

El DLC se proporciona “tal cual” sin garantía de ningún tipo, ya sea expresa o implícita, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, las garantías implícitas de comerciabilidad y aptitud para un propósito particular.

5. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

En ningún caso, V Pilot Designs será responsable por daños de ningún tipo que surjan del uso o la incapacidad de usar el DLC.

6. INTERACCIÓN CON OTROS PRODUCTOS

V Pilot Designs no brinda soporte para la interacción del DLC con productos desarrollados por otros desarrolladores. Cualquier problema que surja de tales interacciones es responsabilidad exclusiva del usuario, y V Pilot Designs no será responsable de los daños resultantes.

7. REDISTRIBUCIÓN, MODIFICACIÓN Y DISTRIBUCIÓN ILEGAL

Queda estrictamente prohibida la redistribución, modificación o distribución ilegal del DLC. No puede sublicenciar, transferir ni poner a disposición de terceros el DLC sin el consentimiento expreso por escrito de V Pilot Designs.

8. REQUISITOS DEL SISTEMA

Los DLCs proporcionados por V Pilot Designs están destinados a ser utilizados con Microsoft Flight Simulator. Es esencial tener en cuenta que Microsoft Flight Simulator es necesario para el correcto funcionamiento de nuestros DLCs. Además, se requiere una computadora que cumpla con los requisitos mínimos del sistema para Microsoft Flight Simulator o una consola Xbox Series X/S.
